Value Creativity ?
OK, my AI and I got a little carried away...
Transformation (T): The programme of change you're already running.
The Constant (e): The potential for your system to grow, automate, and self-heal.
The Multiplier (C): The creativity that removes human friction and accelerates outcomes.
My AI wants to share, we used Euler's Number, e (the natural constant of growth) because your system shouldn't just work, but compound. I learn something everyday.
Ideas that shape and share strategy. So everyone is inspired and aligned choices and investments are focused, and friction and time to value reduced.
Add the story of who you are, where you’re going, and how to get there. Bring culture and the customer into commercial perspectives. Create functions like vision, growth propositions, and leadership narrative.
Ideas that humanise technology and elevate transformation. So pilots and programmes advance with tech adoption, organisational change, and market uptake, that’s owned, understood and assured.
Add brand distinction to make innovation relatable and engaging. Bring purpose and personality to products experiences, teams. Create change narrative and comms to shift mindsets, actions, outcomes.
Ideas that engage customers and accelerate growth. So the business distinctly and consistently shows up and performs, campaigns cut through to create demand and profitable growth.
Add definition and precision to the market, audience, and budgets. Bring consistency across company, product, and service for CX excellence. Create go-to-market concepts, values and principles for sustained success.
My creative process:
Hypothesis. Gut response one-pager, and README/Commit for the future.
Context. Multi-lens machine-ready process of insight and discovery, curation and direction.
Idea. Core concept, written in short-form, and explored across key expressions.
Foundations. Packaged, reusable elements like narrative, frameworks, talent prop.
Functions. Crafting assets and campaigns to take the future into the org and out to market.
Over my time with Deloitte I’ve shaped transformation narratives for all kinds of organisations and reasons.
For nations, governments, multinationals, and brand new ventures. Across industries (FSI, Retail, Travel, CPG, TMT) and disciplines (cyber, sustainability, products, and cx). For big tech (Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce, Apple) and analysts (Gartner).
This work is deep in strategy and internal so not shareable. Some abstracted examples:
Master positioning, sub-brand strategy, and new architecture for ER&I conglomerate alongside full strategic transformation and M&A focus.
Positioning for corporate division, and sub-brand, of high street insurer alongside cultural transformation programme.
GTM for new business banking offering from high street bank, alongside full experience, tech implementation and transformation programme.
Cultural concept, roadmap, launch of a nation’s future digital economy and society, to attract international investment, talent and trade.
Evidence based hypothesis for UK’s future trade and travel offering. Plus cultural transformation and behaviour change for UK gov division.
General CX Advisory. Customer values in Telco/Banking and internal CX excellence platform. Brand’s influence on travel, retail ecommerce, and sustainability.
I also worked extensively, globally across Deloitte and Deloitte Digital, into CEO and senior leaders, across the end-to-end capability, building brand, driving strategy, launching offerings, and going to market.
